Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026. These terms are the agreement between you and Raahaao (Toronto, Canada) when you use raahaao.com, the learning platform and Raahaao Code. By creating an account or buying something, you accept them.

1. Who can use Raahaao

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and supervise any purchase.

2. Your account

One account is for one person. Keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us a real email address; we use it to sign you in, deliver what you buy and contact you about your account.

3. Developer beta

Raahaao is in a developer beta until it launches in full. During the beta, features, lessons and prices may change, things may break, and progress may occasionally need to be reset. Please report problems with "Report a bug". The beta is offered as it is, without promises that it will always be available or error-free.

4. Purchases and prices

Prices are shown in the currency you choose, and you pay that exact amount, plus any tax shown at checkout. Payment happens on Stripe's secure pages; we never see your card details. A purchase gives your account access to that course, tower, package or bundle as soon as payment is confirmed. "Everything" includes every Raahaao Code tower released while it is on sale, including towers we add later. Pick-your-own bundles give you credits: each credit unlocks one tower of your choice, and once used it cannot be moved to another tower.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 5 days of purchase. After 5 days, purchases cannot be refunded or returned. Details are in the refund policy. If you are refunded, access to what you bought is removed. For a monthly plan, you can ask for a refund of your first payment within 5 days; later monthly payments and part-months are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.

6. Monthly plans

A Raahaao Code plan is a monthly subscription. You choose the towers it includes, or all access, and the price depends on how many towers you pick. It renews automatically every month and is charged to your card until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard ("Billing and cancel"); the plan stays open until the end of the month you have paid for, then stops. Your progress is kept. Towers in a plan are open only while the plan is active; you own a tower only by buying it.

Adding towers charges the difference for the rest of the current month straight away. Removing towers lowers the price from your next renewal, and the removed towers stay open until then. Swaps are optional: you may replace a tower in your plan with another at the same price once you have finished it (one-tower plan) or finished at least 75% of your plan's towers (larger plans), up to 2 swaps in 30 days. A tower counts as finished when both of its projects have passed. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days; if it still fails, the plan ends. If plan prices change, the new price applies from your next renewal after we have told you by email, and you can cancel before then.

7. Promo codes

Promo codes are entered on the Stripe checkout page. Each code has its own limits, such as an end date, a number of uses or the products it applies to. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and we may end a code at any time; a purchase already made keeps its discount.

8. Your licence to use the lessons

When you have access to a course or tower, you may use it for your own learning. You may not share your account, resell or redistribute lessons, projects, tests or solutions, or copy them to another site or service. Raahaao keeps all rights in its lessons, projects, text, images and software.

9. Your code and your work

The code and answers you write are yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the platform: saving your progress, checking your projects, and the AI mentor review when you ask for it. Bug reports you send may be used to fix the platform.

10. The AI mentor

The AI mentor review is generated automatically and can be wrong. Treat it as a hint, not as a final answer, and check anything important yourself.

11. Certificates

Raahaao Code certificates show that you passed both projects of a tower on our platform. Each has its own ID and a public check page (verify.html) that shows the name on the certificate, the tower, the date and the project scores to anyone who has the ID. They are not an accredited qualification. When a tower says it helps you prepare for an industry exam, that exam is run and sold by its own provider; Raahaao is not affiliated with those providers, and finishing a tower does not give you their certification.

12. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into accounts or systems, get around payments or access limits, overload the service, scrape or copy content in bulk, run harmful code against other people or services, or use Raahaao for anything illegal. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; if we close it for no fault of yours, we will refund what you paid for access you lose.

13. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Raahaao running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or retire lessons and features. If we stop offering something you paid for, we will give you a fair refund or an equivalent.

14. Liability

As far as the law allows, Raahaao is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we will tell account holders by email before it applies.
